Absolutely disgraceful service. We paid for a meal that we ended up not eating because of the kitchen’s poor quality. We ordered fried food, but had to send it back because it was soaked in the taste and smell of burnt oil and was completely inedible.

What made the experience even worse was the staff’s complete lack of professionalism. No one came to ask what was wrong, no one offered to replace the dish, and no attempt was made to resolve the situation. They simply didn’t care.

It’s a shame to spend your money at a place like this. Poor food, terrible customer service, and zero respect for customers. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

For the price you pay, what fantastic standards! The food is amazing and good sizes. We had to take the rest of our mains away for later! The young men who were waiting on us, provided great hospitality and service with a smile! It’s a little further out of the main part of Vlore but what a tremendous experience to be here!
